Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, in conjunction with Truro and Penwith College/University of Greenwich are looking to invest in 10 Nursing Associates who would like to undertake the 18 month top-up as an apprentice to work in our Adult services once qualified.
Apprenticeships will be commencing in March 2024 and students will be required to undertake a mix of theory with Truro and Penwith College and clinical placements hosted by CFT.
CFT will pay ALL of your course fees.
On successful completion of your apprenticeship and subsequent registration you will be guaranteed a position as a registered nurse within CFT.
We anticipate a large interest in the post and therefore we have a 3 part application process;
- CFT Application
- Secondary application from shortlisted candidates
- Interview with CFT and Truro and Penwith College for final selection
Interview date will be in November 2023

You must be able to travel independently to undertake placements which will include night, day and weekend working.
Main duties of the job
To undertake all aspects of nursing care as an apprentice student working in a variety of placements to achieve nursing associate status.
