Job summary
The post holder will provide operational delivery, coordination and advisory support to the group Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) function, working under the direction of the Group Head of EDI (Workforce). The role will support the implementation of EDI projects, events and campaigns, ensuring activity is delivered effectively, consistently and in line with organisational priorities.
The post holder will act as a first point of contact for all EDI-related queries, providing advice and guidance to staff and line managers. The post holder will administer and coordinate the Group's reasonable adjustment processes, all EDI communications and engagement activities, which contribute to an inclusive workplace culture through practical delivery and support.
Main duties of the job
This role supports a wide range of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) projects that improve workforce outcomes across the organisation. Providing operational and logistical support for EDI projects, events and campaigns under the direction of the Group Head of EDI.
Act as a first point of contact for general EDI-related queries, providing initial advice-based support and guidance to staff and line managers on EDI-related matters, including reasonable adjustments.
