Job summary
As part of the ongoing consultation regarding the proposed new structure for HR Services, we are inviting applications from colleagues within the GESH People Function for the role ofHR Services Administrator (Band 4). This role will support the delivery of a high-quality HR service by providing effective administrative support across HR processes. You will work collaboratively within a shared service model, supporting both advisory and compliance functions and ensuring accurate and timely processing of HR activities. We are looking for motivated individuals who are organised, customer focused and committed to delivering an efficient and responsive service. You will be someone who:

Main duties of the job
Key Responsibilities:
- Work rotate between Contact Centre/advisory, staff changes administration, compliance & staff benefits, JE/Reward administration, Vacancy Control, records/IG, and supporting service transformation project .
- Manage shared inboxes and queues, produce accurate documents and packs, maintain trackers, chase evidence for checks, and support meetings.
- Deliver high standards of customer service, data quality and confidentiality.
- Postholders are expected to work with minimal supervision, follow defined procedures and SOPs, and contribute to service improvement by updating knowledge content, testing digital tools, and supporting training, reporting and audit processes.
