Job summary

An exciting opportunity had arisen to work within the ENT service at St George's Hospital

This post is suitable for ST 7 or ST8 or post CCT Specialist Registrars (or equivalent) seeking to specialise in the diagnosis and treatment of Nose and Sinus diseases as well as Facial Plastic Surgery. Extensive operating experience and a desire to provide excellent service to patients is essential.

Main duties of the job

To cover pre and post operative care, audit, research, administration, ward rounds and general ENT on call duties.

The post-holder will be eligible for full registration with the General Medical Council. They will hold the FRCS (Otolaryngology) or equivalent or be planning to sit this within the year. They will have completed a period of training in ENT recognised by a Royal college Surgeons or be within 24 months of completing this and may have obtained CCT prior to taking up this post,
