This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced senior leader to join us as Deputy Divisional Director of Operations for Surgery, Neurosciences, Cancer and Theatres (SNCT).
We are looking for a highly driven, goal and action orientated individual with a talent for inspiring and motivating teams. You will have had significant experience of operational leadership in a healthcare environment and have demonstrable examples of your ability to drive performance through your leadership approach. You will have excellent communication skills, the ability to establish strong working relationships and to inspire our teams to deliver and improve.
