Band 7 Sister/Charge Nurse - Richmond AMU

Full-time - Permanent 24/7 cover (both night and day shifts)

Main duties of the job

Richmond is a 51 bedded Acute Medical unit incorporating a 15 bedded Acute Dependency Unit and a Consultant led Ambulatory Assessment Unit with Nurse Practitioner clinics. We care for level one and two patients with a variety of medical conditions in a fast turnover environment.

This is a chance to develop your management and leadership skills as part of a highly capable team.

Leadership skills - our leadership course and staff management courses will help you develop the skills you need to lead. We also offer 1 2 1 supervision and band 7 networking.

Education - Opportunities for mentorship and preceptorship with our placement students and newly qualified nurses.
