Job summary
- To be responsible, with others, for the delivery of EBUS for the SW London population across the SGH and Royal Marsden Hospital (RMH) Sites
- To contribute to the delivery of the Lung Cancer Screening Programme in West London at the SGH site
- To take an active part in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching and training. There are opportunities to develop including PGCERT whilst in this post
- Opportunity to work in the pleural service across GESH and RMH sites
This post is ideally suited to a senior trainee looking for an Out Of Programme Experience or an individual who is post CCT and wishes to gain further experience in bronchoscopy, pleural disease and lung cancer.

Main duties of the job
The clinical fellow will:
- Support Specialist Thoracic Oncology Service (Outpatient clinics & In-patient advice), including support for the 'Targeted Lung Health Check' programme
- To join bronchoscopy/EBUS lists.
- Opportunity to develop and integrate pleural services across GESH and RMH sites
- To participate in clinical teaching of the Department, both undergraduate and postgraduate
- To develop clinical research projects
