Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Catering Team at St. George's Hospital in Tooting as a Hospitality Supervisor.
The post holderwill provide professional assistance and hands on support for the Retail Catering Division within Trust premises.
The post holder will guide hospitality assistants and ensure the Trust receives timely, well prepared and professional hospitality The post holder will assist the Catering manager and Executive chef, as necessary. The post holder lead in administering and overseeing the provision of the retail catering hospitality service including meeting prospective clients , updating on hospitality provision, monitor compliance and manage day to day queries.
The post holder willassist in the quality improvement and regulatory compliance for the waste services. They will be involved in the financial cost improvement plans for the waste services in the division. They will be a competent users of NHS accounting packages
Good Communication at all levels both internal and external will be necessary for the role.

Main duties of the job
