Band 5 Registered Nurse

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a caring and enthusiastic, Registered nurse to join our friendly and hardworking team within the Diabetes and Endocrine Unit at St George's University Hospital.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to broaden their knowledge and skills in caring for patients with both Diabetes and Endocrine conditions. Applicants must possess excellent communication skills; have a flexible working approach and a willingness to work as part of a forward thinking team.

As skills and competencies develop, they will be expected to actively participate in and contribute to the day to day activities of the department by supervising, supporting and mentoring students and HCA's and assisting with the Flash Glucose monitoring (Free Style Libre)

Main duties of the job
