Job summary

Ward Receptionist- Band 2 Part time 15 hours week

We are looking for a highly motivated, well organised, enthusiastic individual to work as ward receptionist on our busy medical ward. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive and confidential clerical activities to meet the needs of the ward, in accordance with departmental and Trust policies and procedures and interfacing with members of the multi- disciplinary team.

You will be working 2 fixed days a week (Thursday and Friday, to be confirmed)

Main duties of the job

We are primarily looking for people with excellent customer care skills, enthusiasm, a flexible approach and a professional attitude.

You will be expected to have excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
