The Trust's enterprise wide business intelligence tool is Tableau and we are looking to cover maternity leave through this recruitment round . Your work will be at the core of everything we build in Tableau, we will rely on your strong technical experience to oversee all the essential activities of Tableau, including planning, communications, and execution.
Main duties of the job
Post holder is responsible for installation, configuration and administration of the Tableau server and client applications. Duties will include establishing best practice methodologies for theadministration of the Tableau platform. This position involves the design and development of theBI/Tableau data infrastructure, data source creation, security (user access), change control of Tableau objects, dashboard development using Tableau desktop and overall Tableau support.
Essential experience:
- Business intelligence tools, especially Tableau
- SQL 2008 R2 or higher
- Experience in handling complex datasets
