Responsibilities include:
- Acting as a clinical resource and ensuring high standards of nursing care
- Leading and facilitating positive changes based on evidence and patient outcomes
- Managing patient flow and supporting the Head of Nursing
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
- Providing strong leadership and support to ward sisters and charge nurses
