Are you an organised, proactive and compassionate administrator looking to make a real difference in maternity care?

In this vital role, you'll work as part of the maternity screening team to support the delivery of six national screening programmes for pregnant women and newborns.

From communicating with healthcare professionals to analysing performance data, your work will directly impact the safety and wellbeing of families across Croydon.

We're looking for someone who:

Has strong NHS administration experience and excellent IT skills (especially with Excel and patient record systems like Cerner or BadgerNet).

Is confident working independently and managing sensitive information with accuracy and professionalism.

Has knowledge of antenatal and newborn screening pathways--or a willingness to learn quickly.

Brings excellent organisational and communication skills to a fast-paced, patient-centred environment.
