Anaesthetic Practitioner
Band 5 (37.5 hours per week)
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic ODP /Anaesthetic Practitioner to join our friendly team of theatre practitioner with flexible approach to work patterns, ability to facilitate change and with good interpersonal skill in all different specialties eg Obstetric, Colorectal , Paediatric.
Able to work independently in all specialties.

Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will be expected to work as part of the theatre team, liaise with Aneasthetist, scrub and recovery team, providing a high standard of skills and support during each phase of the patient's perioperative journey care , as well as individualized patients needs.
You will need to work across the operating theatre unit both Croydon Elective Centre (CEC) and emergency Surgical Centre (ESC). Responsible for preparing each surgical Anaesthetic procedure and all of the necessary Anaesthetic equipment in readiness for all types of Anaesthetic or recovery of a patient.

- Registered ODP/Anaesthetic Practitioner

- Related degree
- Basic experience in supervision of junior staff/others
- Basic computer skills
