Women's Health Physiotherapist Band 7
This is an exciting post for a women's health physiotherapist to work with the well-established multidisciplinary integrated continence and pelvic floor service based at Croydon University Hospital for a fixed term to cover absence. Croydon Health Services NHS Trust strives to be at the forefront of responsive and dynamic service provision for patients referred to the continence service, which has a vision for providing patient centred care and effective health care for all. The post holder will provide a high quality specialised physiotherapy service that meets the needs of individuals presenting with bladder and pelvic floor dysfunction. Using current evidence and education to promote bladder and pelvic floor function to manage dysfunction in an efficient effective and supportive way. Working closely with other health care professionals from the primary and secondary care settings. To provide and maintain a high standard of women's health physiotherapy service to patients and to assist in monitoring, proposing and implementing service development and change.

To perform as an autonomous practitioner, using advanced, specialised assessment of women's health patients including those with highly complex presentations.
To formulate a diagnosis and provide a specialist physiotherapy treatment plan using highly skilled clinical reasoning.
To undertake the highly skilled specialist assessment of patients, including those with highly complex presentations with gynaecological and musculoskeletal obstetric conditions using highly developeddexterity, coordination and palpatory sensory skills. This includes continuing risk assessment, manual therapy techniques and therapeutic handling requiring moderate but variable physical effort duringsessions
