We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join the One Croydon Programme Management Office. You will be primarily responsible for the delivery of initiatives within the scope of Integrated Community Network Plus (ICN+) and Frontrunner programmes focused on cross-system multidisciplinary working, integration of core community-based health and care services, and development of integrated intermediate care offerings. However, you will work flexibly across the team, and might be assigned to support other programmes and workstreams as the work of the partnership evolves.
You will ideally have experience of project and change management within a health and social care setting and across multi-agencies, as well as good knowledge of operational social and/or health care delivery. You will understand the national context and policies driving integration and care transformation.
Main duties of the job
Project Manager - Croydon One Alliance (Band 7)
The key responsibilities include:
- Overall coordination and delivery of specific workstreams and projects within the programme(s), including resource availability and allocation.
- Stakeholder engagement - establishing, nurturing, and leveraging relationships across the Alliance with key stakeholders and decision makers.
- Development of project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Establishing an appropriate project governance framework for optimising the flow of information and decision-making across the Alliance, including development of content for board papers, project tracking tools, and highlight reports.
- Development of detailed project plans and tracking mechanisms outlining deliverables, milestones, and resource ownership.
- Overseeing project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Risk & Issue management - highlighting barriers for mitigation and resolution.
- Delivery of projects on-time, within scope, and within budget.
- Creation and maintenance of comprehensive project documentation.
