Job summary

This job role requires a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual; with excellentprogramme management and organisational skills to assist and supports the works ofTrust's Redevelopment & Capital Project Programme Management Office [PMO] byproviding comprehensive management of key sustainability and infrastructure projects.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will be required to develop and manage the programme workstream and manage the projects with the support of the project officers and administrative support within the PMO. There are three key projects within the programme and main objective of the role is to manage the program to ensure successful implementation of the Trust Strategy. This includes:

o Lead and develop the Redevelopment Programme Plan to:o Deliver the sustainability objectives of the estate blueprints including;? delivery of the Public Sector Decarbonisation Funding project? high voltage/ low voltage ring upgrade at UHL project? and PV installation project.o Working autonomously to manage the Steering Groups and Programme Boards.o Ensuring managers requested to attend the Programme Board meetings are prepared and supported.o Ensuring actions resulting from the Programme Board and Steering Groups are tracked and implemented.o Develop business cases to deliver the projects including commercial expertise to develop the right delivery solutions for constructiono Strategically leading on the phased approach to infrastructure upgrades at the UHL site and implementing sustainable methodology to construction projects and managemento Post holder is advisor to the Board and will therefore work autonomously.

Key requirements for the role include strong communication, presentational and programme management skills.
