A great opportunity has arisen for a pelvic health Administrator to join our Multi-Professional Team on a 9 month secondment.
This role comprises working within the Pelvic Health Team delivering high quality care to women and their families. The successful candidate will assist the Midwives and provide comprehensive administrative support for the pelvic health midwife. You will maintain an accurate database.
The candidate will be expected to work independently; undertaking tasks, whilst remaining under the supervision of the pelvic health Midwife.You will have good IT skills and attention to detail which is required to accurately transcribe data and manage thedatabase (excel spread sheet). Working as part of the Team is a highly rewarding job, meeting new people on a day-to-day basis.
Main duties of the job
You will be required tomake appointments and liaise with the multi-disciplinary teams as required so will need good knowledge of and be able to conduct general admin duties as required.
You will be required to collate and send data to the multi-disciplinary team and escalate as necessary.
You will be required to add documents/reports to Cerner (iCare-the electronic patient record) and provide cross site cover as required.
