Job summary
An opportunity has arisen for a Screening Administrator to join our Multi-Professional Screening Team.
This role comprises working within the Screening Team delivering high quality care to women and their families. The successful candidate willassist the Midwives andprovide comprehensive administrative support for the Tommy's clinical decision tool implementation. You will maintain an accurate database to collate and input data into the Tommy's clinical decision tool. You will be expected to refer high risk results to the midwife.
The candidate will be expected to work independently; undertaking tasks, whilst remaining under the supervision of the ANNB Screening Manager. You will have good IT skills and attention to detail which is required to accurately transcribe data and manage the database (excel spread sheet). Working as part of the Screening Team is a highly rewarding job, meeting new people on a day-to-day basis.
Main duties of the job
You will be required toliaise closely with the midwives whilst supporting the administration of the Tommy's clinical decision tool.
You will be required tomake appointments and liaise with the multi-disciplinary teams as required.
You will have a good knowledge of theTommy's clinical decision tool, whilst being able to conduct general admin duties as required.
You will have the capability to collate and send data to the multi-disciplinary team and escalate abnormal results/findings/missing appointments as necessary.
