LGT's EPR programme director will drive the delivery of our EPR programme. This role will be a landmark delivery role in the career of any experienced change professional, who could come from a digital, transformation or operational background.
Main duties of the job
As a senior member of the LGT Trust management team this role requires an individual with the capability and maturity to lead, analyse, manage, and understand a complex and demanding environment.
This role will be responsible for the successful implementation which will be to both a strict timeline and budget. The ideal candidate will have experience of leading a similarly complex EPR implementation(s) with a minimum of five years transformation and change programme experience across an NHS or Healthcare setting.
