Job summary
Lewisham and Greenwich NHS trust has an opportunity to join the Adult Community Nursing Service as part of our Twilight Nursing Service, delivering services to patients in their own homes.
The role covers service hours of 17:00 - 22:30pm, including weekends and bank holidays. Full or part time applicants will be considered, please state your preference for hours on application.
