Job summary

We are seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Transformation Analyst to play a crucial role in the successful delivery of a patient portal at Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust. The Patient Portal aims to enhance patient experience, improve access to healthcare information, and facilitate seamless communication between patients and healthcare providers. The Transformation Analyst will work closely with other IT disciplines, Trust Communications, and key Trust operational leads to ensure the successful implementation of the portal and its integration into existing healthcare systems.

Main duties of the job

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with project stakeholders to define transformational scope, goals, and deliverables

- Develop and maintain detailed transformation plans, timelines, and resource allocation

Analyse current healthcare processes to identify areas for improvement and optimisation

Propose and implement process enhancements to streamline patient portal integration

Act as a liaison between technical teams, clinical staff, and administrative personnel

Communicate transformation updates, milestones, and expectations to all stakeholders

Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with relevant regulations

Support the development of and delivery of training materials for end-users, including patients and healthcare providers

Conduct thorough testing of the patient portal to identify and rectify any issues or bugs

Ensure the patient portal meets all quality and performance standards

Facilitate change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of the patient portal

Address concerns and provide guidance to staff and patients during the transition phase

  • Change management qualification
