An excellent opportunity has arisen within Children and Young People's Therapies Administration Team. We are looking for a dynamic individual to join Administration Hub for CYP Therapies in Lewisham, who would have strong organisational skills and the ability to work on your own initiative as well as being a team member.

Accountable to the Associate Service Manager Community CYP Directorate.
To assist in providing high quality administrative support to Children Services Admin Team, whilst taking responsibility for specific areas of work. These will include a range of administrative and clerical based tasks, such as processing referrals, booking appointments, discharging files, and inputting data electronically to provide accurate end of month statistics.
To be one of the first point of contact for any enquiries to the team either in person or by telephone for parents, carers, and professionals, always providing information in relation to the service tactfully and sympathetically.
To demonstrate an organised approach to work prioritising your own workload while working effectively and keeping a focussed attitude even when working under pressure.
