The Health Innovation Network (HIN) South London supports the spread and adoption of innovation in health and social care. It is an award-winning organisation and a vibrant and exciting place to work. We are hosted by Guy's and St Thomas's NHS Foundation Trust, so staff enjoy the benefits of being part of the NHS family. Our new office is based near London Bridge/Bermondey/Tower Bridge stations, and we offer great health and wellbeing support including yoga, a book club, lunchtime walks, and regular social events. Our HIN Academy provides fantastic training to upskill staff to work collaboratively across the system. We also offer regular opportunities for staff to work from home.

The Programme Support Administrator (PSA) posts will form a cohort of project support professionals to work on some of HIN's priority projects, including digital transformation, cardiovascular, innovators support and DigitalHealth.London. These post holders are expected to engage in training and development opportunities such as our "HIN Academy" to help them develop the skills and know-how for their careers to progress in project management and/or healthcare.Previous post holders have been successful in developing their careers and many have successfully progressed to senior roles in HIN and elsewhere.

Main duties of the job

We are looking for someone who can provide:

  • High quality administrative support to HIN Programmes, Programme Teams, Programme Directors, Project Managers, Clinical Directors and other staff.
  • Provide project updates and reports via Excel and any other tracking systems as required.
  • Carry out meeting administration - including booking rooms, equipment and taking minutes.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding arrangements for meetings.
  • Support other strands of the Programme of work as and when required.
