Job summary
We are seeking highly motivated, caring and experienced therapeutic radiographers with excellent technical skills in treatment and image guided radiotherapy, to lead a team of radiographers to deliver exceptional patient centred services.

We have a mixture of permanent positions and a 1 year fixed term secondment/acting up opportunity available.
The departments routinely operates an extended day working 7:45am - 8pm and shift patterns apply. Bank holiday and weekend working take place in line with the department and service operational needs. Participation on the on-call rota is a requirement of this post.
Main duties of the job
To join the leadership team in Treatment to effectively deliver the service with the support of the Section and Operational Lead radiographers. To maintain excellent patient centred care at all times in line with the trust values.
To uphold high standards of accuracy and quality in all aspects oftreatment, including advanced treatment delivery and imaging techniques, eg IG-IMRT, SABR, SRS and TSEBT.
To ensure that junior and student radiographers are supported in their learning and to drive service development.
