Job summary

The Royal Brompton Hospital is the largest specialist heart and lung centre in the UK. We are known throughout the world for our expertise, our standard of care and research.

The Royal Brompton Diagnostic Centre opened in January 2022. It is home to many diagnostic procedures for heart and lung patients.

We are looking for an experienced cardiology nurse to join our echocardiography team to help support the stress echocardiography and Transoesophageal echocardiography (TOE) service.

Main duties of the job

Overseeing the day to day management of patients, assisting and supervising patients' pharmacological stress echocardiography test & TOE procedure according to local protocol.

Carrying out telephone pre-assessment for stress echo and TOE patients.
