Main duties of the job
Drive forward business as usual functions including but not limited to:o Property acquisitions and disposals, both leasehold and freeholdo Rent reviewso Licence for alterations, to enable Capital Projects to proceed in the leasehold estateo Licences to sub-let, alienations etc.o Police boundary disputes and support the wider Estates Teamo Support Capital Projects in Town Planning Discussions and Negotiationso to regularise our property interests to the benefit of GSTTo Acting as GSTT internal expert in discussions with KCL (and other partner organisations) especially in relation to Property Contracts arising fromoccupation and documenting areas of overlap / exploring items of synergy.o Keeping all Property Records up-to-dateo Manage the production of regular reports for senior managers to take to Committees in reference to proposals which contain a Property relatedo transaction.
