The Lane Fox Unit (LFU) at St Thomas' Hospital has 14 beds, and the Lane Fox Remeo Centre (LFRC) has 20 beds. Patients requiring inpatient weaning are admitted to the LFU at St Thomas', and if ongoing respiratory weaning is required, they are moved to the Remeo Centre in Redhill, Surrey.
