Job summary
We are delighted to be in a position to advertise for a Universal Services Administrator focusing on Enuresis within School Nursing, part of Evelina Community Services.
The successful candidate will join a team of Universal Services Administrators (USAs) who support the School Nurse teams to provide a seamless service to children and young people across mainstream schools in Lambeth and Southwark, and for children and young people educated other than at school in Lambeth. The team consists of service managers, school nurses, and public health assistants who are led by specialist school nurse team leaders.
Main duties of the job
- Coordinate the Enuresis clinics in Lambeth and Southwark
- Coordinate and deliver the Enuresis alarm clinics
- Monitor the Enuresis generic inbox, ensuring emails are processed promptly
- Process referrals and add them to the department database
- Maintain departmental databases in a timely and accurate Assist with the collation of data as required.
- Typing and formatting of letters, reports, policies, minutes, presentations, statistics and general correspondence/ documents, as required, using Microsoft Office and other software
