Intermediate Care Lambeth are recruiting a Senior Specialist Occupational Therapists to join our Integrated Health and Social Care Services.
Be part of a dynamic and innovative team working in one of seven accelerator sites for the national 2 hour/2 day NHS standards programme, where you will directly contribute to the development of community urgent care and rehabilitation services.
Our Integrated Health and Social Care services works with adults aged 18 years and older living in the London Boroughs of Lambeth. The people we support have a range of diagnoses and clinical presentations, including falls, orthopaedic, respiratory, frailty and neurological conditions. You will deliver high quality interventions as part of an integrated multidisciplinary team, including Physiotherapists, Nurses, Pharmacists, Social Workers, Rehabilitation Support Workers and a Consultant Geriatrician.

- Ability to use an evidence based approach including clinical outcome measures to evaluate outcomes
- Ability to work as an autonomous practitioner and to make sound clinical judgments and decisions regarding patient care and to be responsible and accountable for decisions made
