Locum Consultant Radiologist - 6 month post with the potential for a further 6 month extension

Applications are invited for the post of Locum Consultant in Radiology to join a successful and enthusiastic multi-disciplinary team providing the full range of diagnostic imaging procedures for our own patients and those of neighbouring hospitals. This is a post for a Locum Consultant in Radiology (whole-time) based at Harefield Hospital, which provides a 6 month locum cover replacing the responsibilities of an existing consultant who is on sabbatical, and also supports the delivery of the increasing service within all imaging modalities.

Main duties of the job
The principal role of this post is to provide clinical services in Radiology, working closely with 3 other radiology consultant colleagues.
The post holder will be responsible for delivery of high-quality clinical care for patients being seen through the imaging department.
A suitable post holder will engage in clinical research in imaging.
Applicants are required to be fully registered Medical Practitioners and must be on the GMC's Specialist Register or within six months of eligibility at the time of interview.
