Evelina Head of Finance advert
An exciting key leadership opportunity has arisen within the Evelina London management team. The role is the most senior financial leadership post within the Evelina London clinical group and also forms a key part of the Trust's senior finance team. The Head of Finance reports to the CEO of the Evelina London with a professional accountability dotted line to the Trust's Operational Finance Director. They lead the Evelina London finance team, which comprises 13 individuals, including direct line management for two roles.
Main duties of the job
Evelina London provides Women's and Children's services within Guy's & St Thomas' NHS FT, spanning local and community services through to regional and national highly specialist services, covering a full range of clinical specialties. The clinical group see a turnover of close to £450m and employs nearly 4000 staff. Additionally, we have an ambitious strategic development programme, spanning both capital and revenue developments, and which this role is closely involved in.

- Experience of interpreting all relevant financial legislation, making recommendations and implementing changes across a large complex financial organisation
- A significant period of successful business case development and management
- A significant level of experience managing successful large complex financial and non-financial projects, including modelling, planning, service change and development.
