Main duties of the job
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative nursing leader, committed to improving care provided to babies, children and young people. The respiratory matron role provides leadership across 2 inpatient wards at our Evelina London and Royal Brompton hospital sites and a wide range of areas that include supporting clinical nurse specialists to deliver expert services across the network as well as strong clinical presence and leadership to our acute trust.
As an applicant for the Evelina matron role you must be able to demonstratemultidisciplinary team working; exhibit strong communication and conflict resolution skills. You should have some experience of leading change, innovation, staff and service development.
