Job summary
The SCAS Transformation Team is looking for our first Quality Improvement (QI) Facilitator. This role will provide leadership and support to the organisation in embedding QI methodology and delivery of QI projects.
The ideal candidate will have a sound theoretical understanding of QI methodology alongside evidence of successful practice. You will need enthusiasm and energy with a strong desire to help people identify and solve their problems measuring success along the way. You will be a curious, people-oriented individual not afraid to ask questions and offer constructive challenge.

Main duties of the job

The Quality Improvement (QI) Facilitator will provide leadership and coaching in the delivery of QI projects across SCAS. The postholder will be instrumental in driving the Trust's continuous improvement approach, which is our systematic methodology to solve problems, improve service provision, and provide better outcomes for staff and patients across the organisation.
The postholder will work with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders ensuring that improvement occurs in a positive and sustained way. The postholder will work effectively and collaboratively with all levels of the organisations acting as a QI subject matter expert.

Corporate Induction
It's really important for us to ensure you have the best onboarding experience which allows you to feel a sense of belonging from the start. To help with this, we will book your Corporate Induction as soon as we possibly can (depending on availability).
All new starters need to attend our *Corporate Induction in person, this is held over one and half days from our educational centres based in: Newbury (Berkshire), Bicester (Oxfordshire) or Whiteley (Hampshire). More specific details will be sent to you once your start date has been confirmed.
