Job summary
You are responsible for:Undertaking in a competent safe manner, a range of tasks to the required standards, frequencies and schedules & on a planned and ad hoc basis within the built environment.To pay due regard & observe all Health and Safety procedures including minimal handling regulations the appropriate use of PPE and equipment, COSHH Regulations, HTM's.Maintain a clean safe & tidy working environment at all times. Ensuring the following services/duties are provided which will include but not be limited to:Environmental Services (Housekeeping Cleaning).
Main duties of the job
Provide the services described below to a high standard and to take pride in the quality of their work understanding that all staff within the organization have a role to enhance patient care To develop and maintain good working relationships with service users, patients, visitors, staff and managers as well as external agencies providing services to the Trust. Communicate and exemplar the Trust behaviour standards which promote the organization, maintain standards, being professional compassionate and caring at all times. Maintain a high standard of personal dress/uniform, conduct in keeping with the nature of your duties, ensuring that the duties carried out will reflect to the credit of the department and Trust. Attend statutory training, which will include but not be limited to Manual Handling, Infection Prevention Control, Fire and Health & Safety, Information Governance, Equality & Diversity and all other training that is required as part of your job role.
