Job summary
The role of the Live Lab Senior Manager is to provide leadership for the design, building, and delivery of this offer for a year of testing proof of concept in the first instance, and the creation of a business model to support sustainability of the service thereafter.
Main duties of the job
- Understand the current improvement model used at RBFT and interpret key milestones into a deliverable package
- Build professional and comprehensive material that clearly evidences the structured approach the Live Lab team takes to standardise our delivery model. This will include PowerPoint slide decks, PDF brochures and other supporting materials (i.e. templates, standard work and tools) You will be confident in using these tools to flexibly communicate and sell the offer in a compelling way
- Develop detailed delivery models for each of the consultancy offers including learning plans, schemes of work and outcomes
- Comfortable delivering and working with Executive Leadership teams and senior managers
- Able to develop and grow coaching relationships with senior leaders
- Design a standard readiness review programme based off testing with pilot sites to be the first step in working with any clients enabling a bespoke offer to be produced based entirely on client needs and the progress they have made internally
- Design, test and implement a peer-to-peer coaching model which meets the needs of the clients. Creating a bank of coaches and thinking innovatively about partnership and roll out models to ensure value for money for clients
- Lead the set up and running of sessions for clients to learn and see how RBFT works, including learning objectives, logistics and planning
- Comfortable working as part of a delivery team
