Band 6 Senior Staff Nurse - Urology Procedures

An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Urology procedures Department for a caring, highly motivated and enthusiastic Senior Staff Nurse.

We carry out Urological Diagnostics tests via both Dr and nurse led clinicsand have an excellent working relationship with the multi-professional teams with the collective aim of providing excellent patient care.

Your leadership will contribute to a team mission to deliver person-centered care with kindness and respect, in line with our hospital values.

Main duties of the job

You must be a Registered Nurse with surgical experience. Your development within the new role will be supported by a dedicated mentor and team leader who will ensure you have the support and guidance you require.

An integral part of the role will be to implement change and patient improvement within the Department

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership skills and build on your already excellent knowledge and skills base.
