Job summary
- Support the day-to-day running of the Trust EPR help desk, including daily system status checks.
- Communication on a daily basis interacting with our users and suppliers. Requiring excellent written and verbal skills.
- Analyse and Identify potential solutions carried out the configuration of the Trust business change requirements within the EPR system.
- Support all current processes from an "as is" perspective in relation to the specific work stream within the Trust.
- Support in the design of the new "to be" processes, completing process flows, documentation and analysis of impacts / dependencies and the configuration of the EPR.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures within the EPR Back Office Support Team.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues in the Digital Data & Technology (DDaT) team and Operational departments.
Main duties of the job
Participate, and serve as a subject matter expert, to assist in design sessions for Trust specialties.
Develop knowledge and experience of processes and operational functionality of systems within different Trust areas.
Document and record information in an efficient, effective manner with regard to appropriate document management and data quality standards
Review process specifications from the strategic supplier with a view to making them easy to understand for users.
Interpret help desk calls and prioritise on clinical and operational need.
