Band 3 Assistant Patient Pathway Coordinator (CAT Team 1)
PLEASE NOTE: This post is based at Townlands Memorial Hospital, York Road, Henley-on -Thames, RG9 2DR.
**Once trained we also offer hybrid working - so, a combination of working onsite and remotely at home.**

The successful applicant will support in helping provide a smooth transition for patients as they move through their pathway.
Main duties of the job
You will work within our Clinical Administration Team liaising directly with patients and scheduling their appointments across all modalities.
You will also support the front line reception service across various clinical areas within CAT 1.
