Job summary
The Florey Sexual Health Clinic is looking for a full-time band 2 Receptionist to join our busy Reception team.
Reception is the first point of contact within our busy and extremely sensitive service andtherefore a friendly, unprejudiced, sympathetic, mature attitude with excellent communication andinterpersonal skills at all levels are essential qualities of the successful applicant.
We are looking for a team player with great communication and excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude towards work.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will be a confident and reliable individual who is flexible and who adapts well to change.
This role will involve booking appointments, greeting patients, and carrying out an effective telephone triage booking service. You will be required to work individually and also within a team.
To be considered for this post you will need GCSE or an equivalent qualification in English and Mathematics and be computer literate.
Previous NHS experience is not required, but customer-facing experience is desired.
