We are looking for a proactive, partnership-minded HR professional to lead and deliver a portfolio of corporate and internal HR projects that make a real difference for colleagues and patients. In this pivotal role, you'll shape policy, elevate practice, and champion our PROUD values, working closely with managers, Staff Partners, and HR colleagues to deliver results that stick.
Main duties of the job
Working closely with and deputising for the Head of Operational HR, you will be a member of the HR Business Partner Senior Management Team and wider HR Directorate Senior Team.
You will be responsible for leading and overseeing the delivery of an efficient and fit for purpose Agenda for Change Job Evaluation process across the Trust in partnership with our staff partners.
You will lead a range of Trust-wide projects, setting up governance, managing risks and issues, keeping stakeholders informed, and reporting progress through the right forums, ensuring benefits are realised and handed over into BAU.
You will provide cover for the wider Business Partner teams and support Care Groups to deliver transformational change projects including major service re-design and TUPE projects. Ensuring staff partners and employees are fully engaged and all processes are compliant with policy and law.
You will be an experienced HR practitioner with a track record of delivering complex HR projects in large, multi-stakeholder environments. You will have a thorough understanding of the Agenda for Change Job Evaluation process and Agenda for Change Terms & Conditions. You will communicate with impact and be data-savvy, improvement-minded, and motivated by making services better and more efficient always ensuring alignment with our PROUD values.We have services across South Yorkshire so a driving license and access to a car are essential.

- Post graduate diploma in a Human Resources Management, or other HR-related subject, or, must be able to demonstrate significant equivalent of experience.
- CIPD or equivalent management qualification.
- Project management qualification or equivalent experience gained through management of a range of complex and cross-organisational projects.
- Must be trained in Agenda for Change job matching and consistency checking.

- PRINCE 2 Management Qualification / equivalent qualification or demonstrable experience
