Job summary
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Admin Coordinator to join our dynamic Integrated Community Care Directorate. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with administration experience to support the Service within Active Recovery, to provide excellent customer care to our patients and their carer's and contribute to the continuous improvement of the Directorates' administrative service.
The ideal candidate will bring a flexible and adaptable approach to their work, as the role may involve a variety of tasks to support the smooth operation of our department. While previous experience in a hospital or healthcare environment is desirable, it is not essential, as full training and support will be provided to the right candidate.
This position offers the chance to work in a fast-paced and rewarding setting, where you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient delivery of services within the Integrated Community Care Directorate. If you are a proactive individual with strong organisational skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to providing excellent administrative support, we would love to hear from you.
Main duties of the job
Key Duties:
Lead & Manage: Line manage admin teams, oversee staff development, and foster a collaborative environment.
Analyse & Report: Monitor service performance, generate reports, and ensure deadlines and data policies are met.
Optimise Operations: Streamline processes, manage office resources, and provide crucial administrative support.
Ensure Governance: Uphold strict confidentiality and data protection standards across all task
Liaise & Support: Act as a key contact for stakeholders and deliver high-quality service to patients and staff.
