Job summary
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Operational Shift Coordinator to join our dynamic Integrated Community Care Directorate. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with administrative experience to support the Team within Active Recovery, to provide excellent customer care to our patients and their carer's and contribute to the continuous improvement of the Directorates' administrative service.
The ideal candidate will bring aflexible and adaptable approachto their work, as the role may involve a variety of tasks to support the smooth operation of our department. Whileprevious experience in a hospital or healthcare environment is desirable, it is not essential, as full training and support will be provided to the right candidate.
This position offers the chance to work in a fast-paced and rewarding setting, where you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient delivery of services within the Integrated Community Care Directorate. If you are a proactive individual with strong organisational skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to providing excellent administrative support, we would love to hear from you.

Analyse & Report:Monitor service performance, generate reports, and ensure deadlines and data policies are met.

Optimise Operations:Streamline processes, manage office resources, and provide crucial administrative support.

Liaise & Support: Act as a key contact for stakeholders and deliver high-quality service to patients and staff.

This vacancy is advertised on a fixed term contract basis for a period of a maximum of twelve months from the initial start date due to maternity leave of the substantive post holder.
