Main duties of the job
Based at Northern General Hospital, your primary responsibility will be leading teams of staff at our main central cook chill food production facility, meal regeneration and retail catering.As well as experience in large scale catering production, you'll also need to demonstrate strategic thinking and effective operational management, including budgetary control, strong problem- solving skills and the ability to manage information and data effectively to influence decision making. With responsibility for over 150 staff exceptional communication skills and with solid experience of managing other people are a must.
