We have an exciting opportunity to join the Gastroenterology, Hepatology, Respiratory and Diabetes and Endocrine (GRaDE) Rota Team. We are recruiting to a Rota Coordinator post to provide comprehensive support to our medical staff across Gastroenterology, Hepatology, Respiratory and Diabetes and Endocrine (GRaDE). This is a fast-paced Job in a small supportive team that will give you an opportunity to work with colleagues across a range of specialties.
The role will involve maintaining accurate spreadsheets, managing medical staffing, monitoring clinics, and communicating with colleagues. You will work closely with medical and administration staff in Respiratory Medicine, Diabetes & Endocrine and Gastroenterology & Hepatology.
Main duties of the job
To provide comprehensive support to the Senior Rota Coordinator and medical staff across GRaDE. In particular managing medical staffing on a daily basis as well as working on Lorenzo and manging clinics.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to take on this role. The successful candidate will have excellent organisational and communication skills, strong IT skills, a flexible approach to working, administrative experience and the ability to work autonomously.
