Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen within Sexual Health Sheffield for a Reception Coordinator to join our friendly and dynamic team and help to provide a high quality and efficient admin service.

You will be joining a supportive and well-established team, with opportunities for learning and development within the role.

You must have excellent people management, organisational and communication skills and enjoy working within a team.

It is essential that you are highly motivated and adaptable, with the ability to work under your own initiative and with minimal supervision. The role helps connect the clinical and administrative teams together, so a positive outlook and the ability to develop a good relationship with a variety of people is crucial to the role.

Main duties of the job

To lead and manage the clerical and reception service within the Department of Sexual Health Sheffield, ensuring that high standards are achieved.

The post holder will be required to be flexible to meet the needs of the service. This may include extended working days and possibly working on alternate sites across Sexual Health Sheffield.
