We are seeking a Health Improvement Practitioner. This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to join our team of highly motivated professional staff who take pride in providing excellent services for our patients.

The role will be an enhancement to the already established Specialist Screening Practitioner's role which covers some aspects of health promotion and will be a continuous support for the Health Improvement Practitioner.

Main duties of the job

The role will build the necessary resilience into the Screening Centre team as the programme continues to roll out with age extension and Lynch Syndrome patients.

The post holder will provide efficient and effective health promotion and will work collaboratively with all health care services and professionals within South Yorkshire.

The post holder will work with people with different ethnicities, learning difficulties, cultures and ages and will be committed to equal opportunities.
