Job summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy team to provide comprehensive business and administrative support to Integrated Pathway Manager ICT Nurse and Therapy Leads.
You will need to be self-motivated as well as having experience of working in a busy environment with competing priorities. An eye for detail with an ability to work under pressure and to deadlines is essential.
Excellent organisational abilities particularly in managing diaries, be able to formulate agendas, take accurate minutes and generate reports, have good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively working as both part of the team and independently are also required.
You must be able to demonstrate advanced IT skills and be experienced with Microsoft Office.

Main duties of the job
To provide a comprehensive high quality confidential administration and personal assistant service to the Integrated Pathway Manager ICT Nurse and Therapy Leads. To ensure support to the Directorate team is well co-ordinated. To be the first point of contact for the Integrated Pathway Manager ICT Nurse and Therapy Leads and to pro-actively plan and manage their workload maintaining a sensible level of individual accountability.
Provide support in the Business Planning process and Project support as required.
