Job summary
An exciting opportunity for a qualified Advanced clinical practitioner or Physician associate has arisen in the general surgical department.
In general surgery your day to day can be varied between supportive ward work, clinic, take and theatre assistance. It has an enriched teaching programme and the department is dedicated to support everyone's learning and personal needs.
The advanced clinical practitioner/ PA will be an autonomous, accountable practitioner working on their own initiative and in collaboration with medical, nursing, and allied health professional colleagues as required.
The post holder will also play a key role within the service / department by supporting specific elements of service improvement, audit and research as well as having an active on-going role in the development,supervision, training and assessment of junior medical colleagues and NMAHPs.
