We are looking to recruit an organised and enthusiastic individual to provide administrative support to the scheduling and allocation team through developing and maintaining efficient and effective administrative support systems and processes.
The role purpose is to support the Operational Shift Co-ordinators and ACSW Planners in the day to day co-ordination of the Clinical Support Workers workload within the Community Intermediate Care Service.
Main duties of the job
- To provide confidential support to the ACSW team office through developing and maintaining efficient and effective administrative support systems and processes.
- To support the Operational Shift Co-Ordinator & ACSW Planners in the day to day co-ordination of the Advanced Clinical Support Workers workload within the Community Intermediate Care Service.
- To provide effective and efficient administrative duties on a daily basis, including updating excel rotas with ACSW working patterns.

Active Recovery CICS (Community Intermediate Care Service) is an Intermediate Care service whose aim is to prevent unnecessary hospital admission and support early discharge from hospital to the adult population of Sheffield. Active Recovery CICS is a multi-disciplinary team providing short-term intensive rehabilitation and care needs following a holistic assessment by generic assessors. Active Recovery CICS is a city wide service providing rehabilitation to patients within their own homes. The service is provided 8am-10pm, 365 days per year.
The ACSW team is specifically responsible for supporting clinical staff by providing high quality care and rehabilitation to patients in their own homes. To enable care calls to be delivered from 8am, the office team need to be available from 7am each morning.
